Physical books are delivered via your chosen shipping provider at checkout. We ship to virtually any address in the world, and you'll be able to select from available shipping options (standard or tracked) when you place your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with any available tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Here are the most important things to know when shopping with us:
Returns: Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.
Shipping: Shipping rates are weight-based and calculated at checkout. We ship worldwide, though some products may have international shipping restrictions. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Order confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Privacy: We take your privacy seriously and will never sell or rent your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided at checkout. This email will include your order number, a summary of the items ordered, your delivery address, and an estimated delivery timeframe.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's still not there, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.
You can check the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account and navigating to My Account → Complete Orders. Your current order status will be displayed there.
Order statuses are updated at each stage — processing, dispatched, and delivered. If your order includes tracking, a link will be available once your package has been collected by the courier.
If you're having trouble accessing your account or can't find your order, please email us with your order number and we'll be happy to help.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders promptly, so we can only cancel an order if it has not yet been dispatched.
If your order has already been shipped, we're unable to cancel it at that stage — but you're welcome to return it once it arrives. Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details on how to do this.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you've received a damaged or incorrect item and would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Please do not send your item back to us before contacting us first — we'll guide you through the process and let you know the return address.
If you'd like a different title altogether rather than an exchange, we recommend returning your original purchase (within 30 days) and placing a new order for the item you'd prefer.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. The exact cost will be shown before you confirm your purchase — there are no hidden fees.
All item weights can be found on the individual product detail pages. To reflect the policies of our shipping partners, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an item and receive a refund, the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
